All orders are shipped via Aramex South Africa Store-to-Door Courier Service.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

4. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 8–11 business days

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Lióre Beauty cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party couriers
  • However, we remain responsible for ensuring delivery of your order

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for failed delivery
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number
  • You can track your parcel via the courier’s tracking system

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives:

  • Incomplete
